• Format: Multiple-choice, open-book exam. Candidates may use the official paper version of the PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance.
• Number of questions: 50
• Pass mark: 60%
• Duration: 2.5 hours

What is the PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner exam like?

This exam is designed to assess your ability to apply and tailor PRINCE2® Project Management principles within an Agile environment.

The questions are scenario-based; they're designed around a project case study, which could be fictitious but realistic. Each question assesses how you apply PRINCE2® principles, themes, and processes in an agile context. Common question types include multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, and assertion-reason – assessing whether assertions are true and whether reasons correctly explain them.

Questions are designed around specific topics, such as tailoring PRINCE2® for agile projects, Agile concepts and behaviours, blending PRINCE2® and Agile methodologies, and Project Management challenges.
