What is CREST CPSA?

The CREST Practitioner Security Analyst, CPSA for short, is an entry-level certification that attests you can perform hands-on Penetration (Pen) Tester roles. 

CPSA is the first certification in CREST's Penetration Testing career pathway, leading to the intermediate-level CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT). CPSA helps you develop a solid foundation for a career in Penetration Testing as well as the CRT exam. This comprehensive course helps you develop the skills to perform basic infrastructure and web application testing and interpret the results.

CREST CPSA covers key aspects such as Cryptography, Network Mapping, DNS Checks, Networking Protocols, Common Vulnerabilities, and many more.

Who should take CREST CPSA?

This course is designed for professionals at the start of their Cyber Security journey who wish to specialise in Penentration Testing. To attend this course, you should have at least one year's experience in Network or Server Administration.
